BACHUMUS ECO is an organic soil corrector that is one hundred per cent biological and ecological, made from vegetable material that has been biologically fermented with bacteria and enzymes under strict laboratory control; each batch is accompanied by its corresponding chemical analysis, thus guaranteeing its content. Suitable for traditional, integrated and ecological farming.
ADVANTAGES
High content of humic and fulvic acids: Total content of approximately 32%, the ratio of humic: fulvic being around 1:2 (the fulvic fractions contribute more to the physiological and metabolic processes of the plant). It also contains the macro-element and oligo-elements necessary to improve the fertility of the soil and has a pH of approximately 5. The humic content has structural effects on the soil and as a reserve of nutrients for the plant in the medium- and long-term.
Organic material: Provides a high level of organic material (>30%).
Absorption of nutrients: Its high cationic interchange capacity (C.I.C.) facilitates the absorption of nutrients by increasing cellular permeability. The hydronium groups (OH) of the Humic and Fulvic Acids unquestionably determine the C.I.C. and the tendency to retain metals, either by forming salts or chelates. This action is very marked with trivalent metallic cations, such those of iron, being much more intense in the Fulvic Acids.

Structure of the soil: Improves the structure of the soil, making it spongier and increasing its capacity to retain water. It is known that it is the polysaccharides existing in the various humic fractions, forming aggregates that are responsible for improving soil structure.
Retrogradation: Avoids the retrogradation of the cations in the soil and releases minerals.
Fixing fertilizers: Fixes fertilizers, reducing losses through leaching.
Activates bacterial flora : Permits greater development of the beneficial bacterial in the soil, activating them.
Root development: Its use encourages the development of plants' root systems.
RECOMMENDED FOR
Fruit trees (citrus fruit trees, olive trees, etc.) : 200 ml./tree throughout the year; Vegetables, ornamental flowers and plants: 2 litres per 1000 square metres once a week.
