Antibacterial and antiviral


OLEATBIO PO is a broad-spectrum preventative and curative algaecide, fungicide, antiviral and bactericide.

COMPOSITION
Essential oil of grapefruit 25%
Potassium soap 50%

DESCRIPTION
Product extracted from grapefruit seeds which is very effective against algae, fungus, viruses and bacteria.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE AS A PESTICIDE
Combats diseases caused by:

Bacteria: Erwinia, Pseudomonas, Xanthomonas, Agribacterium, Corynabacterium.
Fungus: Ancochyta, Fusarium, Botrytis, Alternaria, Rhyzoctonia, Sphaeroteca, Mycosphaerella, Colletorichum, Cercospora, Septoria, Stemphylium, Peronospora, Pythium .
Virus: Tobacco mosaicus, Gemino.

CROPS
Chrysanthemums, lilies, gerbara, bromeliads, photos, leather ferns, chilli, celery, cauliflower, melon, avocado, banana, guava, sugar cane, bird of paradise, Chinese roses, petunias, dracaena, asparagus, tomato, cabbage, cucumber, watermelon, grape, rice, heliconia, carnation, orchids, lotus, tobacco, potato and other tubers, broccoli, lettuce, onion, mango, palmetto, maize and custard apple.

 

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Generally diluted 0.1-0.2 % in water is sufficient for the treatment. It can be applied at any time of the year when the early stages of infection with fungus or bacteria is detected. It can also be applied preventively with a frequency of 4 to 6 application per crop cycle, pre-harvest and 1 application post-harvest. It is applied by any kind of manual or automatic spraying, either aerial or on the ground.

TOXICOLOGY
Toxicity : non-toxic.
Toxicity to the skin : non-irritant, non-corrosive.
Irritation to the eyes : at 1 to 2% it produces moderate irritation and erythema.

Included in the list of E.C. Regulation 1488/97, schedule II, part B, so its use is permitted in ecological agriculture, and it also has a wide area of application in integrated agriculture.
